IARSAC International University strives to reach the unreached through hybrid education towards social transformation and to become the most innovative global educational institution, respected for its transformative, technologically advanced programs and initiatives with a focus on excellence, social responsibility, and diversity.

- Invest in teaching and learning innovation and research-based online course design and assessment to continuously improve the quality of online courses and programs.
- Improve learner engagement in online courses through the use of innovative learning activities, assessment methods, and dynamic learning technologies.
- Assist faculty developing online courses with the creation of accessible instructional content and experiences.
- Develop student success initiatives and services to support, retain and advocate for online students so they can meet their educational goals.
- Develop an engaged, diverse online faculty by offering detailed professional development opportunities focused on online course design, facilitation, and accessibility.
- Coordinate the development and enhancement of support services for online students across campus units.
- Build an online culture that is more diverse, equitable, and inclusive by implementing an adaptive strategic plan for inclusive excellence to continually improve our working and learning environments.
- Secure strategic, collaborative alliances with other higher education institutions and community partners to promote open, diverse, and empowering online offerings.
